Well, at least that's true for one of my little fur babies. Lina absolutely hates to be wet (unless she's being bathed in nice warm water). I practically have to 'throw' her outside (not literally of course) to go potty! She's such a little booger sometimes I swear! As a result, I get more pee puddles. So I broke out the winter gear.
